This won't have any impact on sims who have already been granted such leave again, it's only for going forward. So if you want the mod to not add any more days than that which the game already delivers (this varies by career and job level) and in fact negate them entirely, you would need to record a negative number for the days that SP is to add. If you have installed the mod correctly, Pregnancy Options should show up as one of the options when you click on a sim, just as described in the mod overview.
